The job was accepted straight away and he arrived within 30 minutes and sorted it out for us right away. Would recommend to anyone.”

Rory replied to my email enquiry within the hour and arranged a house visit to give me a quote. He was back again 3 days later with all the kit to pigeon proof my solar panels. What a job he did. Pigeons were back looking to get under but with the stainless steel fittings, I can now say the pigeons have flown the nest and are off bugging someone else at 6am. Rory also supplied and fitted a new cowling for the chimney stack to stop the birds from nesting in here too. Top bloke, very friendly, very personable and a very professional service. Thankyou”

Pigeons had started to roost and nest under our solar panels, making considerable noise from around 4:00am. Rory came out quickly and priced the job and the proofing was fitted within the week. He did say the pigeons would hang around for a while, however the next morning no pigeon noise!!!!! great service”

I would 100% recommend Whelan as Rory really took time to explain, listened to all of my concerns and again – once he was treating our flea infestation (which was really upsetting & stressful) – he was reassuring and very careful to treat our home with care and respect. He was thorough & explained the whole process & what to do afterwards. Paying for Rory’s expertise was money well-spent & I only wish I’d done it sooner instead of trying to sort the problem myself.
